Need an official transcript or replacement diploma?
Excel High School Transcript Order Form: Students and graduates requiring an official transcript or diploma reprint may use the official transcript order form. Click the link below and follow the instruction on the order form. Transcripts are $ 10.00. Diploma re-print/padded cover is $ 29.00. Processing generally requires 3-4 business days. All requests are verified with student records before processing.Proof of Enrollment Request: Students seeking to request enrollment status will use the proof of enrollment request form.
Previous Records Request: Students seeking to have previous records sent to Excel High School will use the previous records request form.
FERPA Release of Information: Students wishing to have their records released to a third party must complete the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) release.
